By accessing and using the StockPulse India website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by StockPulse India, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

StockPulse India provides:

• Stock market data aggregation from BSE, NSE, NYSE, NASDAQ, and other exchanges
• Market analysis, research reports, and educational content
• Price alerts and portfolio tracking tools
• Financial news aggregation and commentary

Our Platform is an information and education service only. We do not provide brokerage, trading execution, portfolio management, or investment advisory services. We are not registered with SEBI as an investment advisor or research analyst.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law. By using our Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, charts, analysis, software, and design, is the property of StockPulse India or its licensors, protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Market data is sourced from exchanges and data vendors under license. Redistribution of market data is strictly prohibited.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of SEBI regulations
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Engage in market manipulation, pump-and-dump schemes, or insider trading using information from our Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Platform to provide competing commercial services

7. Market Data Disclaimer

Market data displayed on our Platform is sourced from BSE, NSE, and other exchanges. Please note:

• Data may be delayed by 15 minutes from real-time prices unless otherwise indicated
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data
• Data should not be relied upon for live trading decisions without verification from your broker
• Historical data and charts are provided for analytical purposes only

StockPulse India is an educational and informational platform. We are not registered with SEBI as a research analyst or investment advisor. Content on this platform does not constitute professional financial analysis under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• StockPulse India shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Platform
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for any losses resulting from market data inaccuracies, system downtimes, or third-party service failures

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StockPulse India, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Refund Policy

For premium subscription services:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method
• Partial refunds may be issued on a pro-rata basis for longer subscription periods
• Free trial conversions are non-refundable if not cancelled before the trial period ends

Our Platform may link to or integrate with third-party services (brokers, news sources, analytics providers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email notification or a prominent notice on our Platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation administered by the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (MCIA).

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and StockPulse India regarding the use of the Platform.
